We are opening our new building!

With the commissioning of our new Plant 6, we are setting new standards in efficiency, quality, automation and sustainability. This reinforces our goal of becoming a climate-neutral company by 2025.
Our strength lies in the development of customized products that are precisely tailored to the individual requirements of our customers. At Franke, technical masterpieces are created, such as ultra-quiet precision bearings for CT scanners or ultra-light ball bearings manufactured using state-of-the-art 3D printing technologies. Our bearing solutions are used in a wide variety of industries, including security technology, medical technology, robotics, materials handling and traditional mechanical engineering. Our products contribute significantly to increasing the efficiency and performance of modern technologies, for example in high-speed PCB assembly or the alignment of large solar panels. At our headquarters in Aalen, we employ around 340 highly qualified employees who work with us to shape innovations for the future.
Plant 6: A new milestone for quality and efficiency
With the recently completed Plant 6 on Obere Bahnstraße, we are bringing together the entire production of our high-end wire-race bearings under one roof for the first time, particularly for customers in the medical and security technology sectors. The new building features well-planned logistics processes, generous space and modern architecture.

We have made targeted investments in state-of-the-art machining centres and advanced measuring and testing technology. The automation of our manufacturing processes enables us to significantly increase production capacity and flexibility. At the same time, we guarantee consistently high quality, even for large workpieces.

Sascha Eberhard, Managing Director of Franke GmbH, explains: "With Plant 6, we are setting an important milestone for our future. Greater efficiency, even more innovation and maximum reliability – these investments raise our standards to a new level and offer our global customers tangible added value.
Sustainability firmly anchored
We are also sending a clear signal on the issue of sustainability with Plant 6. The new building was constructed in strict accordance with the KfW 40 energy standard. By combining efficient production units, we are making our manufacturing processes more resource-efficient and productive. The large hall roof also offers ideal conditions for the expansion of our photovoltaic systems. Franke will be producing in a climate-neutral manner by 2025, thereby assuming ecological responsibility.

Future-proof through innovation and responsibility
With Plant 6, we are demonstrating our pioneering role in mechanical engineering. We combine technological innovation with sustainable thinking and create solutions that meet the requirements of a modern, green economy. As Franke GmbH, we will continue to support our customers as a strong and responsible development partner in the future.
